OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE WIPING DOWN THE COUNTER DIRECTLY ABOVE THE EXPOSED ICE BIN; INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO BURN THE REMAINING ICE AND PROVIDE LID. MANAGER WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING LID BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A
