    Inspector note: OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE WALL ABOVE THE FAUCET OF THE UTILITY SINK IN THE CLOSET; MUST SEAL HOLE. OBSERVED BROKEN WALL TILE AT THE WALLBASE OUTSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE WALL AND INSIDE OF THE UTILITY CLOSET BY THE SINK. ALSO OBSERVED BROKEN TILE BY THE UTILITY SINK IN REAR OF THE KITCHEN; REPLACE ALL TILE WHERE NEEDED.
