Inspector note: Found the following areas with large gaps between tiles where grout is worn: floor under and around ice machine; floor under 3 compartment sink; floor in front of utility sink; and floor near soda storage area. Instructed to re-grout or fill space between floor tiles to provide smooth even surface. Found area under ice tea machine with standing liquid. Found rear of kitchen with standing water on floor (water in gaps in between tiles). Must keep floors clean and dry. Must maintain all.
