Inspector note: OBSERVED PEST ACTIVITY IN THE BASEMENT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS. THE FAR BACK STORAGE AREA UNDER THE SHELVINGS IN THE REAR ALONG THE WALL AND IN THE CORNERS APPROX 5-10 DROPPINGS. OBSERVED APPROX 5-10 DROPPINGS NEXT TO THE WATER HEATERS ON THE LEFT SIDE NEAR THE YELLOW MACHINE DEVICE. OBSERVED APPROX 10-15 DROPPINGS BETWEEN BOTH WALK IN UNITS WHERE THE LARGE LADDER IS STORED AND APPROX 20-30 DROPPINGS IN THE ROOM ACROSS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL AND HAVE A SERVICE PROVIDED WITH PROOF OF SERVICE SHEET BEFORE RETURN INSPECTION DATE OF JAN 28,2025. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
