Also, no pest control logbook provided or maintained or premises. Instructed to remove all mice droppings, have licensed pest control servide premises and provide logbook with all required documents. Must rodent proof rear exit door.Serious citation issued 7-38-020. LOG BOOK PROVIDED BY D'RACOS BUT MAP WAS MISSING. MANAGER CALLED COMPANY AND TECHNICIAN WAS TOLD TO PROVIDE A MAP BY FRIDAY.
