WASHING OTHER THAN HANDS IN HAND SINK IS PROHIBITED, DISH SOAP AND A SPONGE WHERE PLACED AT HAND SINK. DURING INSPECTION MGR OBTAINED DISPOSABLE KNIVES AND REMOVED ALL THE STAINLESS STEEL KNIVES.
