FOUND TWO ICE MACHINES IN THE BASEMENT THAT HAS BLACK MOLD, LIME BUILDUP AND RUST IN THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE UNITS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE MOLD, RUST AND LIME AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE THEM. ONE OF THE ICE MACHINE WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED DURING INSPECTION AFTER ALL THE ICE WAS REMOVED. THE OTHER ICE MACHINE WAS TAGGED. SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-005(A). INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST AND PAINT THEM.
