FOUND TWO ICE MACHINES IN THE BASEMENT THAT HAS BLACK MOLD, LIME BUILDUP AND RUST IN THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE UNITS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE MOLD, RUST AND LIME AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE THEM. ONE OF THE ICE MACHINE WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED DURING INSPECTION AFTER ALL THE ICE WAS REMOVED. THE OTHER ICE MACHINE WAS TAGGED. SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-005(A). FOUND RUSTY SHELVES ONE IN THE WALKIN COOLER IN THE BASEMENT AND FOUR IN THE WALKIN COOLER IST FLOOR PREP AERA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND PAINT THEM. SHELVES UNDER THE PREP TABLES ARE STARTING TO RUST. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST AND PAINT THEM.
