MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY REGULARLY SERVICE THE PREMISES AND MAINTAIN THE PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK. PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
