ALSO, THE PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK IS NOT BEING MAINTAINED. THE LAST PEST CONTROL SERVICE BY KIM'S PEST CONTROL WAS FROM 12/22/11. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY REGULARLY SERVICE THE PREMISES AND MAINTAIN THE PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK. PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
