OBSERVED AN OUTDOOR FLY CATCHING DEVICE ON UPPER SHELF IN REAR NEAR EXIT DOOR, MUST PROVIDE AN APPROVED FLY CATCHING DEVICE(S) TO ELIMINATE FLY ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
