ALSO, THE COLD WATER SUPPLY HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE FAUCET AND LEAKS HEAVILY WHEN TURNED ON. MUST REPAIR ALL LEAKS,REPLACE MISSING DRAIN PIPES AND PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER.
