    Inspector note: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the walk in cooler: 5 gallons of milk @ 54.3F - 54.7F; 35 lbs of bagged, romaine lettuce @ 49.3F-54.1F; 2lbs of yogurt @ 49.5F; 9lbs of bagged, mixed greens @ 49.4F - 54.5F; 16lbs of raw lamb @ 53.6F - 54.0F; and 6lbs of diced tomatoes @ 49.6F. All potentially hazardous food must be held at 40F or less or 140F or more at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).

Observed faucet of rear exposed handsink in disrepair (spraying water from above washer on tip of faucet). Must repair and maintain same.
