Inspector note: OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA NOT MAINTAINED. OBSERVED GARBAGE DIRTY: FOOD GLOVES,FOOD, PAPERS AND OTHER DEBRIS ON GROUND BEHIND AND UNDER THE GARBAGE CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, ELEVATE WOOD PALLETS( IF NEEDED) 6" OFF THE CEMENT FLOOR OR REMOVE THEM. ALSO ONE GARBAGE CONTAINER NOT ABLE TO CLOSE LID DUE TO OVERFLOWING GARBAGE. MUST MAINTAIN AREA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES TO MINIMIZE RODENT/INSECTS ACTIVITIES. KEEP GARBAGE LID COMPLETELY CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION: 7-38-020
