ALSO OBSERVED 8 RAT DROPPINGS AT WEST BASEMENT WATER TANK AND EXIT DOOR NEAR THAT TANK NOT RODENT PROOFED WITH OPEN 1/4 INCH GAP BETWEEN DOOR AND THRESHOLD. RECOMMEND HAVING PEST SERVICE CO. SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT FOR DRAIN FLY AND RODENTS. MUST MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATED FLY ACTIVITY, REMOVE ALL RAT DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL EFFECTED AREAS AND MAKE REAR EXIT BASEMENT DOOR TIGHT FITTING.
