WHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE MOVED FROM THE BASEMENT FOOD PREP AREA TO THE FIRST FLOOR PREP AREA WITH GLOVES ON AND BACK TO THE BASEMENT PREP AREA. ALL EMPLOYEES NOT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING THEIR HANDS. INSTRUCTED ALL EMPLOYEES TO ALWAYS CHANGE GLOVES WHEN MOVING FROM ONE PREP AREA TO ANOTHER AND MUST WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER EACH CHANGE OF GLOVES. CITATION ISSUED FOR CRITICAL VIOLATION #7-38-010(B)
