ALSO NOTED APPROXIMATELY 225 LIVE SMALL FLIES BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR BAR AREAS AND 25 LIVE LARGE FLIES IN 1ST FLOOR DINING AREA. MUST REMOVE INSECTS, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY TREAT AREAS. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
