Inspector note: FOUND THREE RUSTY FOOD STORAGE RACKS IN THE BASEMENT FOOD STORE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT THEM WITH NON TOXIC PAINT. THE GASKET AROUND THE DOOR IN THE WALKIN COOLER IS IN POOR REPAIR IT IS RIPPED AND TORN LOCATED IN THE SOUTH PREP AREA. MUST REPLACE THE GASKET.
