SOURCE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION OBSERVED INSIDE OF THE COOLERS AND FREEZERS. OBSERVED RAW CHICKEN STORED IN GROCERY BAGS ABOVE RAW GOAT MEAT AND FISH. OBSERVED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF DRIPPING BLOOD ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GROCERY BAGS, INSIDE OF THE COOLER AND ON THE WIRE RACKS IN THE COOLER. ALSO OBSERVED CHICKEN WRAPPED IN FOIL INSIDE OF A BOX OF FROZEN CORN. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED 90# OF FOOD WORTH $350. DISCUSSED FOOD STORAGE PRACTICES WITH THE MANAGER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE INTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS, FREEZERS AND STORAGE CONTAINERS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
