    Inspector note: Poor hygienic practices observed on premises: Observed employee handle potentially hazardous ready to eat food (cut peppers) with glove and then handle potentially hazardous raw food (chicken) with same glove; then employee went to handle more potentially hazardous ready to eat foods. Observed no hand washing in between glove change. Must wash hands between glove changes and when handling any ready to eat-raw potentially hazardous foods. Must change gloves after each use.
