WHEN REMOVED THERE WAS TAPE OVER THE DRAIN IN THE SINK, WHEN REMOVED THE WATER WAS TURNED ON IT CAME OUT ORANGE AND WHEN THE WATER WENT DOWN THE DRAIN IT CAME OUT INTO A CONTAINER UNDER THE BROKEN P-TRAP. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030 ISSUED. 48 HOUR NOTICE,SUPERVISOR NOTIFIED. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND INSTRUCTED TO USE THE RESTROOM HAND SINK WHICH IS LOCATED 8 STEPS FROM HAND SINK IN PREP AREA.NO FOOD PREP AT THIS TIME.
