Found a hand sink with no running water under city pressure at time of inspection inside camper. Tagged camper hand sink held for inspection by CDPH. Must not use hand sink and must not serve open food or beverages from camper. Instructed facility to correct by installing a hand sink that has hot and cold running water under city pressure, soap, paper towels, and to maintain at all times. Critical violation 7-38-030.

Also observed an employee carry a vacuum packaging machine outside of business and inspector found said vacuum packaging machine in adjacent courtyard building. Tagged all food and machine held for inspection by CDPH. Instructed not to use unless authorized by CDPH. Found a grill used for cooking foods outdoors in the front patio area. Instructed facility there is to be no outdoor cooking unless authorized by CDPH. Instructed to remove grill and maintain. Observed a black mold-like build up inside the ice machine used for human consumption. Instructed facility to remove all ice, clean and sanitize machine, and maintain. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
