NO HAND WASHING OBSERVED BY EMPLOYEE WHEN CHANGING TASKS. ALSO OBSERVED FEMALE EMPLOYEE AT FRONT SERVING AREA TAKING ORDERS, HANDLING CASH, THEN PUT ON GLOVES AND HANDLING OPENED, UNPACKAGED SINGLE CAKE SLICES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS BEFORE PUTTING GLOVES AND ON AND INBETWEEN CHANGING TASKS. DISCUSSED WITH OWNER THE IMPORTANCE OF HANDWASHING WHEN CHANGING TASKS, PUTTING ON GLOVES, ETC. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010A CRITICAL.
