REGROUT THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT COMMISSARY WHERE NEEDED (ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK AND AROUND THE FLOOR DRAIN), 7TH FLOOR KITCHEN AND PASTRY KITCHEN. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR OF THE PASTRY WALK-IN FREEZERS, UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND UNDER THE MOVABLE PREP TABLE.
