INSTRUCTED TO EITHER RESURFACE THE SHELVING UNITS OR REPLACE. • FOUND A CIRCULAR HOLE CUT-OUT ON TOP OF THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL THE HOLE TO PREVENT WATER FROM LEAKING DOWN BELOW THE HANDSINK AND PROVIDING A HARBORAGE AREA FOR FRUIT FLIES.
