OBSERVED LIVE COCKROACHES AND FRUIT FLIES IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED 6 LIVE COCKROACHES INSIDE OF THE ELECTRICAL PANEL NEXT TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND 1 LIVE COCKROACH INSIDE OF AN EMPTY FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 35 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE WALLS, CEILING AND EQUIPMENT IN THE RESTROOM AND FOOD PREP AREA. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.

OBSERVED EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE STORED INSIDE OF THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS SO THAT THE LIDS OF THE DUMPSTERS COULD NOT BE CLOSED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP TO PREVENT THE DUMPSTERS FROM OVERFLOWING WITH GARBAGE. ALSO OBSERVED EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GREASE BUILDUP ON THE TOP AND SIDES OF THE GREASE DUMPSTER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
