OBSERVED LIVE COCKROACHES AND FRUIT FLIES IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED 10 LIVE COCKROACHES INSIDE OF THE ELECTRICAL PANEL NEXT TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 35 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE WALLS, CEILING AND EQUIPMENT IN THE RESTROOM AND FOOD PREP AREA. NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDED SINCE INITIAL INSPECTION. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ESTABLISHMENT REMAINS CLOSED.
