    Inspector note: In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago. The exposed handsink in the dish room is clogged and full of liquid drain opener. The sink was covered with a garbage bag at this time and the main prep area handsink is fully functional and nearby. There must be a fully functional handsink in the rear dishroom.
