Instructed manager to remove, reseal and maintain all times. Observed missing handle on top loading reach in cooler door cover, at salad station in prep kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain at all times. Observed black duct tape used as a means of repair on counter top between 1 comp drain sink basin and exposed hand sink, at Iinteligencia Coffee station rear counter. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to remove and seal said area. Maintain at all times.
