Found evidence of mice activity on premises. Noted approx 50 mice droppings on cabinets under front serving line; approx 50 droppings behind equipment under front counters. Must clean /sanitize entire premises & contact P.C.O. Citation issued ( per municipal code/rules & regs). Also noted 2-live mice on a glueboard around soda lines.

Must properly rodent proof the rear door to hallway due to about 2-inches gap at bottom of door. Also found evidence of small/fruit fly activity on walls around 3-comp sink approx 20 found.

Observed the middle, bottom pipe of the 3-comp sink leaking profusely onto the floors.Premises using red bucket to hold up sink. Must fix to prevent pest issues. Citation issued per city code/rules & regs.
