OBSERVED ONE EMPLOYEE WITH DIRTY HAND FROM HAVING MIXED RAW CHICKEN IN FLOUR SCOOPING ICE FROM THE ICE BIN FROM ICE MACHINE, WHICH HE LEFT ICE SCOOP INSIDE THE ICE BIN WITH DIRTY HANDLE.ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WASHING POTS,MANAGER REQUESTED ICE, THE FOOD HANDLER STOPPED WASHING POTS AND WITH DRIPPING WET HANDS SCOOPED ICE FROM INSIDE THE ICE BIN,USING THE SAME ICE SCOOP THAT WAS LEFT BY THE FIRST FOOD HANDLER. ICE IS USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. INSTRUCTED TO WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ICE SCOOP AND DISCARD ICE . CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-005(A)
