ALSO OBSERVED HEAVY AND EXCESSIVE GARBAGE AND LITTER BUILDUP ON THE GROUND INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND AROUND THE METAL STORAGE UNIT. OBSERVED SEVERAL USED TIRES STORED NEXT TO THE METAL STORAGE UNIT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
