Inspector note: OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA IS NOT MAINTAINED CLEAN. OBSERVED TRASH AND LITTER ON THE GROUND INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER CORRAL AND BEHIND THE METAL STORAGE UNIT. ALSO OBSERVED GREASE ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE OF THE BACK DOOR AND AROUND THE GREASE DUMPSTER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL GARBAGE AND LITTER AND GREASE FROM THE GROUND AROUND THE GARBAGE AND GREASE DUMPSTERS. ALSO OBSERVED A GARBAGE DUMPSTER WITH NO LID ON IT AND THE LID OFF OF THE GREASE DUMPSTER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A LID ON BOTH THE GREASE AND GARBAGE DUMPSTERS AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
