SOME SLEEVE'S OF CUPS AND LIDS STORED UNDER THE SOUP STATION FOUND IN THE DIRTY CABINET INTERIOR WHERE DEAD ROACHES WERE FOUND WERE VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME BY MANAGEMENT. STORE SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES IN A SANITARY MANNER.

REPAIR THE WALK IN COOLER DOOR SO IT SELF CLOSES.
