    Inspector note: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the 1 door cooler in the basement prep: 12lbs of egg salad @ 49.3F; 7lbs of cooked sweet potatoes @ 51.9F; 2 lbs of hard boiled, unshelled eggs @ 51.9F; 14lbs of egg soufflé @ 44.6F. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Instructed must keep all potentially hazardous foods @ 40F or less, or 140F or more at all times. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).

Observed visible gap in ceiling while repairs are being made. Must clean and sanitize stains on walls from leak, and properly insert ceiling tile to prevent pest entry. Must maintain same.
