    Inspector note: Inadequate dish washing facilities. Observed low temperature dish machine not properly sanitizing at final rinse. Machine was being used at time of inspection. 0ppm chlorine found after several attempts while dishes were being washed. Must not use machine until repaired and properly dispenses chlorine to 100ppm. Machine was tagged during inspection. Operation instructed to service machine and do not use until correct ppm level is reached. Must contact the cdph when repaired, to have tag removed. Manager corrected violation, at end of inspection and tag removed. Critical violation 7-38-30.
