    Inspector note: Observed both hand sinks not maintained during inspection. Found the bar hand sink drain pipe not fully connected causing water to spill onto floor. Also observed no soap or paper towels at bar hand sink. Observed no paper towels at rear hand sink as well as a detergent bottle inside sink basin causing sink to be inaccessible. Instructed facility to maintain all hand sinks at all times with hot and cold running water under city pressure, soap, paper towels, and adequate drainage. Facility corrected all during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.
