    Inspector note: FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. THE WATER USED TO FILL THE ICE CRATES IN THE UPPER COMPARTMENT WAS CONTAMINATED WITH DIRT/GRIME AND ALSO THE UPPER COMPARTMENT INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES WERE SOILED WITH A PINK SLIMY DISCOLORATION. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED ALL REMAINING ICE IN THE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THE MACHINE OR REMOVE DISCOLORATION FROM THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES AND ALSO REPLACE ANY SOILED WATER HOSES INSIDE OF THE MACHINE. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
