    Inspector note: Observed rear exit door not rodent proof. Observed 1/4 inch gap at bottom left-hand and right-hand corners of rear exit door. Both corners of door had deteriorating rust edges, resulting in gaps and openings. Instructed manager to repair before re inspection date. Serious violation #7-38-020

    Inspector note: Observed garbage dumpster lid not tight fitting. At time of inspection front lid on garbage dumpster was warped with large gaps and not tight fitting.
