    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. WE OBSERVED 15 MOUSE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR BEHIND FRONT COUNTER, 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON SHELF BEHIND SODA COOLER LOCATED BEHIND FRONT COUNTER, 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON PALLETS IN REAR STORAGE AREA, 25 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON WOODEN SHELF ON SIDE STORAGE AREA, OVER 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON VARIOUS CARDBOARD WHERE CHIPS ARE STORED AND OVER 60 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON PALLETS IN THE SIDE STORAGE AREA. FOUND SEVERAL BAGS OF CHIPS THAT HAD BEEN GNAWED INTO. INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD CHIPS THAT WERE GNAWED. FRONT LEFT DOOR WITH A 1/4" GAP UNDER SAID DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE DOOR TIGHT FITTING SO AS NO DAYLIGHT CAN BE SEEN/RODENT PROOF FRONT DOOR, REMOVE ALL MOUSE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL TO SERVICE PREMISES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020, CITATION #64121-16 ISSUED
