  Inspector note: Observed sewage and waste water backing up from the floor drain in the kitchen when water was released from the three compartment sink and after flowing through airgapped drain. Instructed facility that all waste water must be properly disposed without any backups. Plumber arrived during inspection and removed plastic from inside grease trap that was blocking drainage. Backups no longer present. Critical violation 7-38-030.
