    Inspector note: NOTED 40 MICE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BEHIND THE LARGE DEEP FREEZER IN THE FRONT PREP AREA. NOTED OVER 50 LIVE FLIES IN THE REAR PAPER GOODS STORAGE ROOM ON BOXES AND SHELVING. ALSO NOTED 15 LIVE FLIES ON SHELVING WHERE UNUSED POTS ARE STORED. OBSERVERED 5 LIVE ROACHES COME OUT OF THE LARGE DEEP FREEZERS MOTOR HOUSING AND GO INTO THE WALL BEHIND FREEZER. ALSO NOTED 6 LIVE ROACHES ON THE WALL ABOVE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK BEHIND PIPING. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE AND REMOVE ALL PESTS AND ACTIVITY OFF. STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE BEFORE BEING REINSPECTED. CITATION ISSUED #7-38-020.
