THE GAS AND STEAM LINES NEXT TO THE CAFETERIA KITCHEN EQUIPMENT HAVE SOME FOOD BUILDUP WHICH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THE CAFETERIA KITCHEN WALK IN COOLER HAS A SECTION OF WALL INSIDE THAT STICKS OUT AND HAS SOME DUSTY BUILDUP. CLEAN, RINSE AND SANITIZE THESE SURFACES.
