I OBSERVED 100 (RODENT) RAT DROPPINGS INSIDE STORE. DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON SHELVES IN AISLES OF STORE AND IN REAR STORAGE ROOM ON FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ONE OUTER FRONT DOOR HAS AN OPENING ALONG THE SIDE; INSTRUCTED TO SEAL. ONE INSIDE DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED AT BOTTOM; INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE DOOR SWEEP ATTACHED TO THAT DOOR. ECOLAB WAS HERE FOR SERVICE ON YESTERDAY FEB. 1, 2012 AND HIS REPORT INDICATED NO EVIDENCE. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ECOLAB RETURN PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK.

TODAY I OBSERVED A CRACK IN WALLBASE OF MEAT ROOM; INSTRUCTED TO SEAL. REPLACE/REPAIR WORN WALL COVING ALONG NORTH WALL. CORRECT BY MAY 2, 2012.
