Official wording: No Evidence Of Rodent Or Insect Outer Openings Protected/Rodent Proofed, A Written Log Shall Be Maintained Available To The Inspectors
Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. I OBSERVED 25 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR IN REAR STORAGE AREA UNDERNEATH STAIRS. FRONT ENTANCE DOOR WAS NOT COMPLETELY RODENT PROOFED AT BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF DOOR. DOOR HAD A STRIP WITH A RUBBER BOTTOM WHICH APPARENTLY CRACKED AND WAS REPLACED WITH A SMALL STRIP WITH BRUSHES. GAPS OBSERVED BETWEEN STRIPS AND CORNER END OF DOOR. MUST CLEAN AREA IN REAR WHERE DROPPINGS NOTED AND REPAIR BOTTOM OF FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR.
