    Inspector note: OBSERVED REAR BASEMENT DOOR ON UTILITY SIDE OF BASEMENT (NEAR ELECTRICAL METERS) NOT RODENT PROOF. THIS PORTION OF THE BASEMENT HOUSES THE HOT WATER HEATER AND FURNACE FOR THE SCOOTER'S FACILITY. NOTED A HOLE AT THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE DOOR FRAME APPROX. 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER, WHERE OUTSIDE LIGHT IS SHINING THROUGH. ALSO NOTED A DEAD RODENT ON THE FLOOR NEAR THIS DOOR. MUST PROPERLY SEAL THE DOOR SO THAT IT IS RODENT PROOF. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE ALL RODENT ACTIVITY. RECOMMENDED TO OBTAIN THE SERVICES OF A LICENSED PEST CONTROL OPERATOR.
