    Inspector note: All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The long set of reach in grocery coolers and can opener is dirty; wash, rinse and sanitize the can opener and cooler in detail.

    Inspector note: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The floor behind the kitchen counter is dirty and the baseboards around the kitchen and back room perimeter have expanding foam sticking out of gaps, trim, reseal and clean the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary.
