Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments. Over 100 mouse droppings were found in the rear of the warehouse, Anderson Pest Control is on premises treating and sealing holes in the walls at this time. Clean up and sanitize areas with droppings and seal up all possible areas of harborage.

Inspector note: All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE WALLS IN THE COOLER ARE DAMAGED RAW WOOD, REPAIR AND RESEAL THE WALLS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH, SANITARY AND A EASY TO CLEAN.
