    Inspector note: Observed approximately 100 mice droppings in the following areas: on the floors around 2 door cooler in the corner near the entrance to the prep area; in the cabinet in front prep area behind cashier station; on the floor of the employee restroom; on the floors under 3 compartment sink; and on the floors around the water heater. Observed approximately 30 live ants on the floor under 3 compartment sink, next to the water heater. Must remove all ants and mice droppings. Must detail clean and sanitize all affected areas. Must eliminate pest issue. Advised to contact pest control for service. Serious violation 7-38-020.
