Inspector note: OBSERVED 3 OF THE 4 EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR USE IN THE FOOD PREP AND DISH WASHING AREAS. OBSERVED THE FRONT PREP AREA EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK AND THE COOK LINE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS BOTH BLOCKED BY PREP TABLES. OBSERVED THE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE REAR DISH WASHING AREA BLOCKED BY A BICYCLE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS STORED INSIDE OF THE HAND WASHING SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED. • NO HAND SOAP WAS PROVIDED AT BOTH EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS IN THE DISH WASHING AREAS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HAND SOAP AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). SEE VIOLATION #10 ABOVE FOR CITATION. • OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE CUSTOMER WASHROOM AND AT THE REAR DISH WASHING AREA EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). SEE VIOLATION #10 FOR CITATION.
