OBSERVED BOTH LARGE DUMPSTERS (TRASH AND CARDBOARD) OVERFLOWING AND GARBAGE ON GROUND AROUND AND BEHIND BOTH DUMPSTERS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREA. PREVIOUSLY CITED IN APRIL FOR GARBAGE AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO INCREASE GARBAGE PICK-UPS. MANAGER ON SITE STATED THAT ADDITIONAL PICK-UPS WERE SCHEDULED. A CITATION ISSUED AT THIS TIME AS DESCCRIBED IN THE COMMENTS BELOW.
