MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY UNPLUGGED MACHINE TO MELT/DRAIN THE ICE CURRENTLY IN THE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO USE THE OTHER ICE MACHINE LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THE MACHINE OR REMOVE ANY DISCOLORATIONS FROM THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR SURFACES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
